The 22nd World Habitat Day Children’s Drawing Contest

1. Theme

The CITY where I live; the SDGs for me

2. Specifications

a. Content

You have learned at school and in the media that countries around the world want to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These are goals to create a world which is good place to live for all people, even though challenges such disasters, conflict, poverty and climate change make these goals hard to reach in many places. As so many people live close to each in cities, can they not take action together? Can you think about things that are important in cities and for cities? Which SDGs do you support? How do you want to change the world?

How do you imagine “cities” becoming better places for all people through your SDG initiatives? Feel free to express your ideas through your drawings.
